    Unify secure a Mitie deal!

Unify are very proud to be able to announce that we have secured a six-year agreement with Mitie Care and Custody to supply and maintain brand new communication solutions at their two sites near Heathrow.

Our agreement will deliver telephony to immigration removal centres at Colnbrook and Harmondsworth, specifically an administrative staff system with 300+ extensions, and a secure PIN deployment for detainees using a customised version of our UCCS platform.

It is to be hoped that this marks the beginning of a long and fruitful relationship with Mitie, and we look forward to working with them to deliver the best possible service for staff and detainees alike.

    Unify retain ISO certification!

Unify are overjoyed to announce that two years on from our initial success, we have been recommended again for continued ISO9001 & ISO27001 accreditation.

Our thanks and congratulations go to Nicola Cook and her team – the only thing more demanding than getting ISO accreditation is keeping it, particularly for the second retention assessment which requires that previous recommendations be implemented. We are all hugely appreciative to have emerged from this challenge with such a glowing review.

    Unify hire again!

Unify are delighted to announce another welcome recruit to the engineering family in the shape of Matthew Haycock.

Matt joins us having spent six years as a telecoms engineer for the Army. He brings a wealth of experience to the job and amongst other things is a also a keen footballer. We gladly forgive his (geographically valid) allegiance to Manchester United because he looks like he could bench press a bus.

We are sure Matt will be a success at Unify, and our customers can expect to find him attending site immediately.

    Unify Ink new Kit Deal!

Unify have expanded their shirt sponsorship portfolio with a deal to provide kit for Pro Soccer Pumas Under-11s, who play in the Sheffield & District Junior Sunday League.

The smart new strip was christened last Sunday, and promises to be a good omen for fighting spirit as the Pumas came from 4-0 down to draw 6-6 against the Junior Blades.

We wish them all the best for what we hope will be a successful season ahead!

    Unify out on the Town!

Unify Directors Eddie Bird and Adam Esposito were delighted to be present last week at the 2014 NEC EMEA Partner Conference, hosted in Cape Town.

They had the opportunity to meet and forge relationships with fellow suppliers and resellers, as well as partake in a number of technical and business seminars; the climate and leisure activities on offer weren't bad either!

It is a privilege to be invited to such an event, and Unify are very pleased to have continued our long tradition of attendance.
